The skirt is 100% hand dyed to a gorgeous duck egg blue color on a soft net with cluster sequin embroidery. This piece is tailored beautifully with a gota and sequin embroidered waist band. The dupatta is also a hand dyed soft net with full sequin embroidery. The border is is a unique floral scalloped design gold sequin embroidered one.
