Description

On this project Altaf shares his roots in African Rhythms, rhythms he grew up performing and some he picked up along his musical journey. Altaf has performed these African grooves in their various forms for many years and has seen them fill hearts with joy and bodies with dance. These rhythms are easy to learn by notation or ear. This cd book presents 10 African grooves adapted to drum set and 10 improvisations of these grooves. This will open one s vocabulary in African drumming and drumming altogether.
