The Mahalo laptop cajon is a practical and fun alternative to the traditional box cajon. It features two 10? (255mm) wood playing surfaces and a 2.2 (56mm) deep shell with inbuilt snare. The top is ideal for producing Flamenco (snare) sounds, while the bottom surface delivers sound similar to a traditional Peruvian (conga) cajon. The round sound port provides enhanced bass response. It can be played comfortably on your lap (secured by the included waist or shoulder strap) and its compact size makes it the ideal classroom or rehearsal instrument, or a convenient travel companion.
